By accessing and using the SlashStack Guestbook ("the Service") at guestbook.slashstack.app, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

The Service is a free online guestbook where authenticated users can view and post short public messages. Messages are visible to all authenticated users for the last 24 hours.

3. User Accounts

You must sign in with a valid Google account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Google account. You agree not to impersonate others or create misleading accounts.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to:

Post offensive, abusive, or illegal content
Spam or flood the guestbook with repetitive messages
Attempt to exploit, hack, or disrupt the Service
Use automated tools or bots to interact with the Service
Post personally identifiable information of others without consent

5. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of the messages you post. By posting, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to display your message on the guestbook. Messages are public and visible to all authenticated users.

6. Message Limitations

Messages are limited to 250 characters
A rate limit of one message per 5 seconds is enforced
Messages cannot be edited or deleted once posted

7. Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that the Service will be error-free.

8. Limitation of Liability

We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to the Service at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
